We specialise in conducting research and evaluation with refugees, and building the evidence base for intelligent, compassionate engagement. In this our work makes a contribution to understanding one of the most significant issues of the 21st century. We engage in innovative, participatory methodologies that centralise the voice of refugees within research and evaluation work.
A lot of our work with refugees intersects with our other areas of sector expertise. This includes studies on how refugees utilise digital technologies and refugee access to education. Jigsaw has recently conducted work focused on refugees and forced migration with UNHCR, the Vodafone Foundation and Save the Children - have a look at our case studies to learn more.
Jigsaw worked efficiently and produced a valuable product - the research provided helpful insight and analysis and the final report was delivered to a high standard - the team is rigorous, professional and personable (GSMA).
